It's our neughborhood Cheers. People of all ages frequent it and it's friendly with a good selection of food. Friday fish dinners are the best around. 😀

A definite go to...great food and excellent service!

Had the veggie ravioli. I don't think they made it. When I got the food it had been under a heat lamp. It was dried out and did not taste very warm.Drinks were amazingly weak. I did not waste my time and money on round 3. Thinking round two would be stronger. Waitress was hilarious and had a great sense of humor and was very friendly.It was very hot in there. Maybe cus we sat by the kitchen.The sandwiches looked OK. Nothing special about them. Fries were soggy and the wings over fried and dry.

A quintessential neighborhood place. Food seems like it was scratch-made. The chicken parmesan sandwich was a good balance of meat, cheese, and sauce. Tried the meatballs, good, but not up to the level of the sandwich. Service was friendly and professional. Will try Spats again.

All the bar staff and owner really good to the customers..food is good everytime from pizza, burgers, mussels, pastaMy niece had wedding reception there and was very fun!!

Almost $17 for a tasteless patty melt and onion rings that were clearly frozen and of very poor quality.

The food was frozen. I had the Friday fish special. There was absolutely nothing special about it. The fish looked like they went to the local grocery market and bought a box of Gordon's. The Cole slaw was rancid. It expired at least a week before my visit. It literally smelled rancid. Even my kid's lemonade tasted bitter. The rest rooms were dinky and dirty. The large number of drunks who turn and stare at you when you enter the front doors is plentiful. How does this dump stay in business?

Service was good. Food was not Fries were black, fish and was greasy spaghetti sauce was terrible.

Nice atmosphere, family recipe for the meals, mini tacos and mozzarella sticks are wonderful....it's a diamond in the rough 😀

A real neighborhood bar and restaurant, in the best way (but don't expect anything more). A decent beer selection, good food, big portions, excellent service. The type of place you could film a 1970's or 80's movie in. My advice; check it out for yourself.

They have surprisingly good food. It's definitely a greasy spoon dive bar. But it's totally worth checking out. And it's kid friendly too.

When we drove threw the parking lot yesterday(5-16-2020),They were not practicing social distancing!!!!It was over crowed outside.Crazy.Obviously,,Do people not care about the virus.Please Shut this Establishment Down!!!Please Help..Stop The Spread.

Great food and service. It's like family there. They have daily specials that are awesome as well as drink specials. A must go to for a "Cheers" atmosphere.

They never disappoint!! You can bring kids here but I recommend leaving by bar time.

This is the best example of a Local Tavern serving really good food and a very reasonable price. There bar prices are probably the best in a 50 mile radius. If you're looking for a queen well established Tavern good food and great Rink prices it's very hard to beat spats.

A VERY good restaurant in a bar setting. Best lasagna in Lake County. Lunch specials are great and cheap. Service is good too....

Fun little Community restaurant. Lots of regulars there all the time. Food is good and they have daily specials.

The fries were soggy. The burgers didn’t taste fresh. I was overall pretty unimpressed with the food the past two times I’ve eaten here.

Great atmosphere

We have been going to Spats for years. We have always had good food and the staff always are really nice. The only problem is the owners are not very aware of their loyal customers. None of them actually come up to us and ask how we are. They always have their family their and some of their close friends at the bar and are paying attention to them but ignoring their loyal customers. I know that they see us regularly but they don't even say hi. It's kind of sad, to but we still enjoy ourselves. The food is good and the staff is why we will keep going back.

AYCE Fish fry was a great deal and their burgers are amazing

I ordered carry out which was beer battered cod dinner and an order of 10 Parmesan chicken wings and they sent me home with perch. They claim that I never called in an order and that my home health aide ordered perch. The woman answering the phones said that I dialed the wrong number even though I redialed to tell them that they messed up my order. New to the area but I will never return to this place. I was in the restaurant business for 30 years and never argued with a customer like this girl did me. Basically called me a liar.

Took over an hour to get a "Roman Burger" that I couldn't eat because the hoagie was rock hard. First draft beer was flat so I sent it back for bottled. Wings were over done and took forever to arrive. Bathroom is way too small for this many seats. We gave this place a fair chance but won't go back.

Extremely rude bartender. Cook is a total moron and can't make fries. He was also abusive to the only staff member who made any attempt at actually serving us. Total waste of money and time. I highly recommend staying away from this place. I rated it a one because there was no option to give them a zero.

Every bit as good as Little Italy. Happy hour started off with a tall draft of blue moon. Salad with garlic toast was to die for. Crisp and very flavorable not too much butter. Eggplant parmesan was our choice. Thin crisp pieces of eggplant with a large half plate of spaghetti to fill you up. My wife only ate half. They nicely packed up the other half to go. The sauce I could not stop scraping up off my plate. Our waitress was the best you could ask for very friendly but not interrupting. We will definitely be going back.

Very nice, great food for a good price. They got a little skidish about the restrant dot com coupon but else everything was good.
